One of the memento that was in my red lost baggage in Schiphol

Music therapist qualification certificate more than 20 decades ago. My parents in Kyoto still keep it.

This certificate was issued by the All Japan Music Therapy Association, the predecessor of the current Japanese Music Therapy Association, and its president was the late Dr. Shigeaki Hinohara.

I used to practice music therapy for severely disabled children and gave music therapy lectures at universities and nursing schools simultaneously with my music performance, composing, and arranging activities in my 20s and 30s.

The URL below is from when I gave a lecture at the Holistic Medical Association where Dr. Andrew Thomas Weil is one of the consultants.

I was one of the pioneering professionals who practiced music therapy in Japan. At that time, music therapy was not as popular as it is now.
