Birthday cake for my second son
I made a birthday cake for my second son using pears that my neighbor freshly picked from his garden, some bananas at home, and homemade rum raisins.
Contrary to their appearance, the pears were so sweet that it was a waste to heat them. Finally, I coated the cake with my neighbor's homemade pear jam. As usual, all ingredients used to make the cake are additive-free. The cake tasted so good that I forgot to take a picture of the finished product.
