Strange Squeaky Cheese of Finland 🇫🇮

I got a souvenir of an unusual cheese called "LEIPÄJUUSTO" from a former Japanese colleague working at University Hospital in Finland. LEIPÄJUUSTO is Squeaky Cheese in English. It a dish which is made from curdled milk. Then, the curdled milk is baked, grilled or flambeed. It is awesome to eat together with the cloud berry jam. Whenever I take a bite, the cheese makes a squeaky sound. I also got some favorite Kakino-tane. Thank you H!
