My son's Mascarpone Cheese cake🍓

Organic Mascarpone cheese was sold at a bargain, so my eldest son baked the cheese cake. His handmade biscuit dough is the base of the cheese cake. He has made cheesecake with various cheeses, but this was tasty so far. I can see that his cooking skills are improving.
