I miss Japan lately. I live in the Netherlands with my three sons for more than two years. My husband came to visit us after he visited my parents' hometown. He brought my mother's homemade Yuzu jam and our home-grown Yuzu fruits. I need to preserve the fruits to use it longer so I had to peel the skin and squeeze the juice. I usually pack it separately and then freeze it to lengthen its shelf life. But this year, I will try to freeze the whole fruit as what other people do. I hope that this method is as effective as my usual way. I can have Yuzu and jam whenever I miss my homeland.
