Under trial " Full Moon ”

試 作 中 「 満 月 」 A variation of "GEKKO (Moonlight)", my original sweet for Kyoto-Style Sweets & Rimpa: Design & Creativity...the image I intended to create was a reflected moon trembling on the surface of water in the dark. The yellowish colour comes from Japanese agar and Dutch bio sugar.

「京菓子と琳派—意匠と創造—」に出品した菓子『月光』のバリエーションの１つ。水に映りこんで揺れる満月をあらわしてみたつもり。黄味がかっているのは、日本の寒天の色＋オランダのBIOの砂糖の色。
