  • Early life

    • Born in Kyoto city, and grown up in its northern part near Takano river surrounded by rich suburban nature, close to a couple of the 5 montains famous for Obon mountain bonfire. 

    • Exposure to Christianity in one of Japan's representative mission school Doshi-sha from junior high school to woman's college, where she graduated with diploma in Classical Music.

 

  • Career in music area

    • Music teacher in high schools and a nurse institute

    • Founder and leader in a Music Therapy research institute

    • Development of original music instruments for therapy purpose, in Holland

    • University lecturer in original improvisational music therapy theory

    • Composer/Arranger/Performer in a professional folk music band

    • Various composition for CM and architectural space design

    • Music production for RPG softwares

 

 

  • Social activities

    • Founder and managing director for a Music Therapy non-profit organization

    • The NPO's activity redefinition and expansion as NPO Society for Rebalance Kyoto into the area of regaining of the balance in daily life based on multi-faceted Japanese cultural tradition and good senses for beauty

    • Planning community lecture series for law knowledge,  work therapy etc

    • Planning kitsuke visiting lectures to penitentiary institutes
